Description
The transmitter DAT 511H is a passive 4 to 20 mA current loop isolator or 0 - 20 mA isolator that is HART compatible. The input current, variable from 0 up to 20 mA, is converted in an output current of the same value but keeping galvanic isolation from the input circuit. The converter is a passive isolator: this means that the device employs the measurement signal to power itself, so it does not require any external power supply. The DAT 511H is in compliance with the standard 89/336/EEC on the Electromagnetic Compatibility. It is housed in a plastic enclosure of 17 mm thickness suitable for DIN rail mounting in compliance with EN-50022 and EN-50035 standards.
