Description
The DAT2105-3W is a
Potentiometer Converter
with a Voltage and Current output. The input and output are programmable by the free Prosoft programmer. The DAT2105-3W is ultra-compact, being only ½ inch in thickness.
The DAT2105-3W can convert a standard 1 Kohm, 2 Kohm, 5 Kohm, 10 Kohm, 20 Kohm, and 50 Kohm potentiometer to voltage or current. A small voltage across the potentiometer is applied, and the output on the wiper is measured, conditioned, and then amplified to the correct result. The power supply is between 18Vdc up to 30 Vdc with a maximum impedance of 1000 Ohms.
